Welcome to Alder Hollow, a warriors roleplay game based off of the books by Erin Hunter. We are an intermediate to advanced site with a minimum word count of 250. We also have an relatively open plotline, so feel free to plot with each other and have fun. We also have a plot that is in the works: SkyClan moving and permanently joining the Clans at the lake. See here for more details. We hope to see you around!
April 21st: Hello all! Sorry we have recently become inactive! We are trying our best to be active once again. Please be sure to comment in the activity check, located here: click! Please be sure to do so before May 3rd otherwise your account will be deleted!

It is currently early newleaf. The sun is high, bright, and hot for this new season. With greenleaf fast approaching, the weather feels much warmer than normal. This early warmth and heat has brought a drought for the Clan cats. Prey is starting to become scarce, especially for RiverClan. The lake is also starting to dry up, the banks receding further away from the Clan territories.
This is a pretty common game on Warriors sites, but I'll explain it anyway~
So, one person states an apprentice's name, and then the next person replies and makes a warrior name for that apprentice, and then puts an apprentice name for the next person and so on. For example, it would go like this (and since Rabid is super obsessed with Disney's Frozen right now, and thus the rest of Disney's work, these names are gonna be recent-Disney-princess themed :'D -- but still warrior, 'cause cool cats yeah).
Person A: Frozenpaw Person B: Frozenheart Tangledpaw Person C: Tangledfur Bravepaw
And so on! It's super fun, and I've found really useful when I get stumped on a cat's warrior name. It can be nice to play around with it. To make it more exciting, try to avoid using the same prefixes, maybe even the same suffixes! (not a rule, just fun-fun-fun), and stick with realistically warrior cat words/names.
I'll kick it off then, with a little nod to my Lionbebeh's dead sibling:
