friends
"Friends" might be the wrong word for what Lionstar could have. He's not exactly the most personable cat, but he knows when a friendship, or an alliance more accurately, is useful. He remains relatively close to his mentor and parents, who are older cats, so some of the senior warriors and elders might be closer to him than cats his age or younger.
enemies
There is no doubt that a cat who is on the wrong side of Lionstar's "efficiency line" would dislike him. He is strategic and political, and not very warm or approachable or inviting with individuals of no great status or importance, in his eyes at that time. Lionstar doesn't really take things personally, however, so "rivals" would probably be how he would see it, if it were a continuing, long-term back-and-forth dislike and plan-thwarting.

lol. Okay, but maybe. He might want a mate and kits in the future, but probably not for the feels-reasons, but rather for the legacy or the "Let's see what this is like~" reasons.
family
Lionstar's father is now an elder, his mentor is also an elder, and his mother is a senior warrior. All are adoptable on the NPC thread, all also are kill-able.
Apprentice
Lionstar did have an apprentice who would be a young warrior now, between 16 and 18 moons old. If you're making a cat in that age range, it would be awesome if he or she had been Lionstar's apprentice! As of now, he probably won't take an apprentice on for himself, but it's entirely possible that he does. He'd have a reason for it, however, since he's busy being a scheming leader and all that jazz.
