Sablepaw is essentially a brown tabby tom with green eyes. His fur isn't just one shade of brown however, but several that vary in shade. He's stocky and small for his age but makes up for it with his long limber legs. His fur is medium length with several tabby stripes on his face, body, and limbs. Sablepaw's whiskers are average sized and white in color. His chest and belly fur are reasonably a lighter shade of brown than the rest of body. He also has some what, mostly on his lower jaw and a few dashes on his back legs. His tail is long and thick but not bushy by any means.

Around strangers Sablepaw keeps a mask of indifference clasped firmly on his face. He would prefer that his conversations with acquaintances be kept short and to the point. Not one for small talk, he would more than likely walk away if a exchange lasted longer than his attention-span allowed. However any information regarding his Clan grants him endless patience. He's not generally an impatient person really, but he doesn't have time to sit around on his paws waiting to be told what to do. Sablepaw doesn't like asking for help or even accepting it for that matter. He believes he can do everything himself and doesn't want someone else getting in his way, with the exception of his superiors.
Very protective over his younger twin sister, Sablepaw can be a bit of a jerk towards those that try to befriend her. Despite his quiet nature, he can and will speak up in regards to his sister's well being. Dapplepaw is the only one that he really speaks with at length, seeing as they're all each other has. He has developed into a rather silent and serious individual. He doesn't generally make jokes and most go over his head. That's not to say he's completely serious but the joke would have to be pretty obvious for him to understand. He can also be a little sarcastic, but only in situations that are not favorable to him. Sablepaw can also become rather defiant and resilient when faced with adversity. He doesn't take threats lightly and he weighs his options every time he finds himself in trouble. Sablepaw likes to have 'escape plans' laid out just in case certain situations go awry.
Though he doesn't have much of a temper, this is definitely one way to get under her skin. And that's if you treat his sister badly or speak of ill of his deceased mother. He's a quick learner and is unafraid of experiencing new things as long as they are beneficial. He's quite intelligent and clever despite his mistrusting nature. Sablepaw can some sometimes be narrow minded and prejudice when it comes to certain things. Though he may not bring brute strength to the table, he can offer speed and accuracy.
The death of his mother changed him in such a way that found himself maturing faster in order to watch over his sister. Dapplepaw, his sister, is the one person he is closest to and if she's serious about something, he believes her full heartedly. Though he can't say the same for other cats besides his leader and mentor, considering he's not close to anyone else, however, if he does warm up to a cat, that obedience may soon follow. Sablepaw covers cracks in his armor with emotionless facades. His tough exterior makes it so anything damaging just bounces off his mental shield. He doesn't like to admit that sometimes things seep through and he believes staying strong and firm with your beliefs is the only way to overcome what he fears most.

Sagewing had a been rather nervous and flighty warrior of SkyClan and hadn't been a warrior long when she became pregnant with her kits. After being moved to the queens den, her mother Goldenpoppy, one of the older nursery queens was the one to help her through it. Her pregnancy had gone relatively well and that Greenleaf she gave birth to four kits, two were stillborn. Only Sablekit and Dapplekit had survived. Soon however, she couldn't produce enough milk and had to rely on the other nursing queens to feed her kits. Since she couldn't produce milk, Sagewing decided to return to the Warriors Den and allow her mother Goldenpoppy to watch over her kits. Not soon after moving there however, Sagewing was sent on a patrol where they were attacked by the rats, she was bitten but managed to survive the encounter. However she soon became very sick and was confined to the medicine cat den. Despite the medicine cat's efforts, the wound was too severe and Sagewing died.
Sablekit and Dapplekit remained in the care of Goldenpoppy and she saw to it that they remained well fed and groomed until they became apprentices, right before Rollingstar stepped down from his leadership. Goldenpoppy's retirement was also announced during the same clan meeting and she now resides in the Elders Den. Sablepaw was assigned to a young warrior named Thistlewish and was first taught a couple of fighting moves (since that's what Thistlewish thought was important). His hunting skills were greatly lacking however as his mentor mostly had him sparring and only took him out a few times during the next two moons. Thistlewish has recently died however, after being bit by a snake while hunting in the Moorlands.
