Welcome to Alder Hollow, a warriors roleplay game based off of the books by Erin Hunter. We are an intermediate to advanced site with a minimum word count of 250. We also have an relatively open plotline, so feel free to plot with each other and have fun. We also have a plot that is in the works: SkyClan moving and permanently joining the Clans at the lake. See here for more details. We hope to see you around!
April 21st: Hello all! Sorry we have recently become inactive! We are trying our best to be active once again. Please be sure to comment in the activity check, located here: click! Please be sure to do so before May 3rd otherwise your account will be deleted!

It is currently early newleaf. The sun is high, bright, and hot for this new season. With greenleaf fast approaching, the weather feels much warmer than normal. This early warmth and heat has brought a drought for the Clan cats. Prey is starting to become scarce, especially for RiverClan. The lake is also starting to dry up, the banks receding further away from the Clan territories.
seaside warriors life is different on the seashore
This is before the clans of the forest. This is the age of the Warrior Code, when loyalty was something that could boil the blood: this is the age of courage that could span oceans, love that could flood deserts, pride that could build mountains from chasms. We are legends, and we do nothing lightly.
When you live by the sea, you need a thick skin. The salt spray wears away at weaker cats. Fresh water is a resource worth dying for. Blood bonds are built to outlast the cats who swore them. If you can't depend on the cats in your clan, you can't depend on the earth beneath your paws or the sun on your back.
Nothing, of course, is permanent, but we do our best with what we have: we can build fortresses out of sand.
Welcome to the shores of Seaside Warriors, where the legends of the forest warriors were born, and I can assure you that this is no tropical paradise. Come on, dive in, and step up if you think you can weather our storms.
